JR Civil was contracted to perform the cleaning and replacement of Cell #2 at the Dubois, WY Waste Water Treatment Plant. The project consisted of removing approximately 3,000 CY of sludge, replacing approximately 11,400 SY of 60-mil geomembrane liner, geocomposite strips, liner vents, and baffles. 

JR Civil performed all site work installations for the Dakota Prairie Refinery Pump Station including a 35’ deep excavation and stabilization, 1,200 lf of 30” sanitary sewer and manhole installations, site grading and aggregate base installation, approximately 900 lf of 18” water main with tie ins to existing main for a re-route of the existing location.

JR Civil constructed all site improvements for a new Marriott Hotel location in Dickinson, ND. This project included 2,800 lf of 8” water main, 3,400 lf of 8” sanitary sewer, 35,000 CY of mass excavation and site grading, 12,000 tns of aggregate base course, curb & gutter construction, hotel foundation walls and base slab, sidewalk improvements, 2,890 lf of 18” storm drain improvements. All concrete improvements were performed in winter conditions requiring heat and cover with an on-time completion.

JR Civil constructed approximately 3,000 lf of 8” Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation and 4,500 lf of 10” Water Main Replacement for Douglas, Wyoming. This project included temporary water, fire hydrants, water main fittings and tie ins to existing mains, bypass pumping, manhole installations and service line reconnections.

JR Civil constructed two water booster pump stations for the City of Dickinson.  The projects included concrete, mechanical piping, pump station buildings, site piping, fencing, electrical and backup generators.

JR Civil constructed two new street extensions to facilitate a new hotel facility for Candlewood Suites in Dickinson, ND. The project consisted of a new development and construction of a new city street extension. The City Street Extension consisted of complete new construction of Simms Street and Second Street in Dickinson, ND. Improvements included sanitary sewer, storm drainage, domestic water improvements, earthwork, street grading and roadway aggregate installation. Waterline installation included 1,200 lf of 10” waterline including live tap connections, fire hydrants, service lines and connections, chlorination and testing. Sanitary Sewer Improvements consisted of 1,800 lf of 8” Sewer Line with depths averaging 12’.

JR Civil constructed a new 45-acre subdivision development for a new housing project consisting of 142 lots of residential units.  Improvements included 6,873 lf of 10” and 8” sanitary sewer ranging in depths of 20’ to 12’ including all manholes and service line connections.  Sanitary Sewer had to be extended from the Towns existing system through the municipality to the new subdivision location.  Storm Drainage included 24” and 18” RCP pipe with inlets and manholes.  Waterline Improvements included 9,154 lf of 8” C-900 including all service connection saddles, corporation stops, 1” service line and curb valves for the domestic services.  JR Civil installed 7,900 CY of aggregate base course and 2,320 tons of asphalt pavement.

JR Civil constructed a new sanitary sewer collection system, lift station and force main.  The project consisted of approximately 15,000 lf of 8” sanitary sewer, 20,000 lf of 6” force main and a lift station that required a 30’ deep excavation.

JR Civil performed the replacement of approximately 18,000 lf of 6” and 8” water main replacement for the Town of Buffalo, South Dakota. This project included water main installations, fire hydrants, water main fittings and tie ins to existing mains, asphalt pavement replacement, concrete curb and gutter replacement, temporary water, service line reconnections, landscape repairs and seeding.
