JR Civil completed the construction of approximately 15 miles of county road upgrade improvements for haul routes for TransCanada and the Keystone Pipeline. This project consisted of road rehabilitation, 98,000 tons of aggregate laydown, magnesium chloride application and 84” triple arch pipe culvert installations.
