JR Civil was contracted for the construction of the housing man camps in South Dakota for TransCanada. This project consisted of approximately 365,000 CY of earthwork cut and fill, 65,000 lf of water and sewer installation, wastewater treatment, water treatment, electrical, water storage tanks, and aggregate laydown.
