JR Civil was contracted to perform the cleaning and replacement of Cell #2 at the Dubois, WY Waste Water Treatment Plant. The project consisted of removing approximately 3,000 CY of sludge, replacing approximately 11,400 SY of 60-mil geomembrane liner, geocomposite strips, liner vents, and baffles.
